Creating Borders on Your Scrapbook Pages

You can use strips of paper to create borders on scrapbook pages. Simply cut strips of paper the exact length and width of your paper and attach. The effect makes the page look like it’s framed, and all you’ve done is use some of your scrap paper. Be careful to use either solid colors or patterns that can look the same vertical and horizontal.

You can also create a mid page line using the same technique. Cut a piece of paper the width or length of the paper and attach halfway. It’s a great way to divide your page in half. You can attach photos over the line, however the effect remains.

Happy Scrapping,
